2.2. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer places a binding order for the goods and services contained in the shopping cart.

4.1. Delivery is made within the timeframe specified in the product description. In-stock items are usually shipped within 5 working days unless otherwise stated.

 

4.2. For custom surfboards, the delivery time is typically 3-5 weeks unless otherwise specified.

 

4.3. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 

4.4. The risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the customer or an authorized recipient.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal

 

5.1. You have a legal right of withdrawal. Please refer to our withdrawal policy for more information.

 

6. Retention of Title

 

6.1. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

7. Warranty and Liability

 

7.1. Warranty claims are subject to statutory provisions.

 

7.2. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

9.2. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, our place of business in Pennigsehl is the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract.

 

10. Final Provisions

 

10.1. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
