1. Payment Options

 

We offer the following payment options: Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Giro Pay, Sofortüberweisung, and PayPal.

 

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

 

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and weight of the goods. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to you during the checkout process.

 

For Standard Surfboards, shipping costs within the EU are a flat rate of 50€ unless otherwise specified. Delivery is carried out through the shipping service providers DPD or GLS.

 

In-stock items are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment is received. The production and delivery time for Standard Surfboards is usually 3-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. Elaborate Custom Surfboards may require 4-6 weeks from receipt of payment for production and delivery.

 

3. Exchange and Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning the item to clarify the details. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

 

Custom-made Surfboards can only be returned in case of defects or errors. Please contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with your custom-made Surfboard.

 

Please note that returns can only be accepted if the item is unused and in perfect condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund you the purchase price.

 

Important Notice for Deliveries Outside the European Union:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland), additional costs may be incurred that are not attributable to us, such as customs duties, taxes, or money transfer fees (transfer or exchange rate fees charged by credit institutions), which are to be borne by you.
